« At Least I Received Some Good Email Today »

This is from DELL after I emailed them with my problems regarding my shipment. I notified them that my package might be returned to them, since I've been having trouble with DHL. This is what the email said:

Thank you for choosing Dell Customer care. This is in regards to the email that you sent and explained about the problems that you faced due to the delivery issues I really apologize for all the inconvenience and I would like to inform you that I spoke with DHL representative and they informed that you have requested them to hold the package for pick up and they would call you and update you with the pick up location of DHL.

Please accept my apologies for the difficulties encountered when attempting to resolve your issue. I assure you that your situation is not indicative of the quality service Dell is capable of providing. I am truly sorry that we were not able to provide an experience that was completely satisfactory to you.

Once again, I apologize and truly regret any inconvenience or frustration this matter may have caused. We value you as our customer, and your satisfaction is very important to us.


I appreciate that they called DHL to help get this situation sorted out. Hopefully, this means the package is still at the pick up location instead of being "with delivery courier". I'll find out later tonight!
