So, yesterday, I was available to wait for my laptop to arrive (due to horrible circumstances). Anyway, DHL never came. Here is their false tracking information found online:

I called their 1-800 number & complained. The CS rep told me that the tracking information online is incorrect & that my package wasn't scheduled to be delivered until 10/29. She also told me that she couldn't see on her computer that the package was "With delivery courier" & that the "Delivery attempted: recipient not home" meant that the package had returned to the shipping facility. What?!?! Then why offer online tracking if it's incorrect?! No wonder I was able to find complaints about DHL from all over the world! It's one thing when a delivery driver is just lazy, it's worse when the entire company is an out-right joke!

I mail out clothes through UPS or USPS Priority Mail & their online tracking updates are occasionally slow, but they've never been inaccurate. I've never used DHL before, this is a 1st (only because I had no choice). What a disappointment!

That's my rant. I'll stop bitching now.

UPDATE @ 11:54am: Genius! Just genius! I just called the 1-800 number & they said the package wasn't even out for delivery today! Son of a bitch! I had ask them to deliver it to me! I'm off to work. This is bullshit.

UPDATE @ 9:59a: I've been checking their website & now the tracking is not updating. OR, they're not going to deliver my package. Either way, I have a feeling I'm going to get my laptop today. I give up waiting for this package!
