Today, I was unable to send out emails, most importantly the schedule request. After talking with my webhost, we discovered that my IP address was flagged as Spam/Malware. The reasons were numerous (someone using my email address for malicious intent, multiple people reported my email as Spam, VPN, firewall, virus/malware on my phone, etc), but we were able to resolve the issue & I can use my email address again.
The only problem now is that when I send an email to someone, it’ll go straight to their Spam Folder. To prevent another block, please check your Spam Folder, open my email, then click on the hamburger (or 3 dots), then hit the “Report Not Spam” option or move my email to your Inbox. Be sure to save my email address in your Contacts, too!
If you’re still unable to see my emails, please let me know so I can correct the issue immediately.
